1) Por un lado ponés a hervir unas papas para hacer un puré, al que después lo vas a mezclar con un par de huevos, queso rallado, sal y pimienta.
2) Y por otro lado preparás el mismo relleno de las empanadas de carne (carne picada, cebollita, pimentón, comino, pimienta y sal)
3) Aceitás una budinera (que puedas poner al horno) y colocás 3/4 parte del preparado de las papas, ubicándolo en el fondo y sobre las paredes laterales de la budinera, de manera que te quede el centro libre para la carne; y luego poder taparlo todo bien por encima con el 1/4 de puré que dejaste aparte.
4) Lo espolvoreás con bastante queso rallado, y unos trocitos pequeños de manteca, para lograr un lindo dorado!! Y al horno!!! hasta que se dore bien!!
Solo resta cortarlo y servirlo y glupp glupppp deliciosooo!!!!!!!!!
